Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Metastasis to the axillary lymph nodes suggests stage 2B breast cancer. The tumour ranging between 2-5cm and the presence of cancerous cells in the lymph nodes has a better prognosis than a bigger tumor. The overall prognosis of breast cancer is good and hence please follow with regular checkups and treatments as advised.

Surgery, radiation and chemotherapy will be advised based on the stage.
Ayurvedic medicines like Varunadi kvath - 15ml with 60ml of warm water before food twice daily, Triphala Churnam and Divya Kanchnar Guggulu can be taken for 3months and then review.

Include plantain stem, cinnamon, bottle gourd, horse gram, ginger, garlic, berries and turmeric. Reduce excess canned foods, sweet and oil. Try to maintain a healthy weight. Pranayamam, meditation and yogasanas will be beneficial for a better health.
